Hey friends if you’re interested in doing some sprint work tomorrow I was thinking meeting at the track at 5pm. The one in southie. Anyone is welcome, the more the merrier.
If you can’t make it that’s cool too. I plan on running again Saturday morning probably at 830-9am, not sure the time yet.
