Power Clean

Clean & Jerk

Front Squat
5 x 3 @ 80%

      … Cursing my job… if it makes you feel any better I debating quitting just so I could make it in for Oly… Next time… I’ll make it… I may be unemployed when I get there,… but i’ll make it.
