Please join us in congratulating coach Zach Sullivan and his wife Michelle on the birth of their daughter Stella Marie. Stella was born on Monday, August 15th at 7:04AM weighing 8 pounds, 1 ounce… with a full head of hair! Both baby and mom are healthy and doing well, and Zach is loving fatherhood. We can’t wait to meet Stella and introduce her to all of her future friends here at CFS. Congratulations, Zach & Michelle!

    Boot camp -core work . Tabata rowing, air squats, push ups , pull ups and sit ups . Then Rnd 2 with Kate – Barbell strict press 3×8, push press 3×4 85#
    DB press 4×10, DB row 4×6, DB bicep curl, DB front & lateral raise combo
    4c15 band pull downs, 3×12 DB squats
