Warm Up
With a PVC:
10 lateral burpees
10 muscle snatch
10 overhead squats
10 sots press

Mobility
Shoulder rolling w/ peanut

Muscle Snatch
5 x 2, ascending

Snatch
5 x 3 @ 70%

Overhead Squat
3 x 3, ascending

Cashout
3 x 10 GHD sit ups

    Awesome having Dan in class tonight, it’s been a REALLY LONG time since I’ve seen him. The cool thing is I can remember when he was first gravitating towards the lifts. He’d show up, I’d ask if he’s taking class, he’d say nah he’s going to work on a press or jerk. Wish I could have seen him grow to what he’s become today.

    OHS: worked up to 145×3
    Cashout: stood around while I watched other people do GHD situps

    I think most everyone in class tonight agreed on feeling BEAT UP from the Mon/Tue classes. Amy breaking us down to build us up. Looking forward to a rest day tomorrow.
