    HALEY’S OLY ARMY IS GROWING
    Days like this I thank the Wod Gods for Oly class falling on the same day as burpees and pull-ups. Get out of jail free card.

    Snatch: Up to 115#
    Jerk: Up to 135#
    Squats: Up to 155#
    Hip Extensions: 30# (somehow these left me more devastated than the lifting did)
