    Wed 7PM Oly continues to be the best hour of the week. WORD IS OUT, the numbers keep growing. I hear we’re going to move into a bigger area because we’re spilling out of the back. Shout outs to Tina-Mo for coming off the bench to lead one HELL of a class tonight. There’s gotta be more coaches per square inch during Oly than any other time. Between the peers and coaches there’s so many eyes on you that you won’t even be able to sip your water without getting tips on how to do it better, and if you can’t appreciate that you gotta check yourself.

    Scratch n Sniff Sticker Of the Week: goes to Peter Gooding for MUSCLE SNATCHING 185# like nothing. Dude’s in his 5th week of Crossfit, once he gets the slightest clue of how to make contact with the bar he’s going to be putting up gross numbers. Nick watch out, he also gets down in the squat!

    SMH Of The Week: goes to Sam for choosing to climb ropes over slamming bars. Haley will be briefed on that.

    Snatch: 6 x 125# x 3 (99 problems with my attempts but missing aint one, hit them all. 3 reps at 80% pushes me to the damn limit, light-headed as hell by the 3rd one.)
