5 Snatch Pull
5 Snatch
Then 2 Rounds:
5 Front Squat
5 Clean
5 Split Jerk
2 Minutes shoulder/lat mobility with lacrosse ball
:90 quad stretch against wall each side

1. Snatch
3 x 1 @ 80%

2. Clean & Jerk
3 x 1 @ 75%

3. Front Squat
5 x 1 @ 90%
*Complete 2 high box jumps immediately after each set
