    WOD: 34:23 Rx -didn’t keep track of splits but my first Rd may have been my worst…the dubs got more consistent as the workout progressed

    hit this after the competitor work. did a round every 7 minutes instead of resting 2 miins after every round so the group would start together for each interval. 307 was my fastest 3:35 was the slowest. There is always a group of us that train together at 2pm on Wednesday. We go hard. If anyone is free and wants to throw-down, feel free to join us.
