Didn’t think it was possible on high bar back squat to get a set of 5 at 85% of my 1RM since it was 15lbs more than my old 5RM. Turns out I was wrong. 230×5, which is a 15lb PR! Never mind that my power cleans have never felt so good as they did tonight. I’m convinced that Oly class is working really well for me and loving it!
