    HS walk: 25ft.. x 2! aww yiss
    Strength: 185×10
    WOD: 6:22, 8:25, 7:48 = 24:48 (#155clean, #35 KB’s.. rx reps) can’t remember last round time.. 6 or 7min not sure.

    HS Walk: 60′
    Strength: 205×2 (too heavy to start), 185×3, 195×2, 205×2, 215×1
    WOD: 5:45, 15:48, 24:32 (15 reps at 165#, 20 reps at 1p KB)

    oly: 115-155
    wod: 7:33 / 8:06 / 7:20 Rx (I put 6:20 on the board but I think that was wrong #math).
