    Gymnasty: two rounds – 1 strict/1 kipping legless.
    ^^^ spent rest of time trying to walk with 14# medball btw legs. Hard to get up but once I got up was able to walk fine.

    Oly: PC – 185×1, 205×5 PP – 185×2, 195×1, 205×1, 215×1, 225×1

    WOD: 11:55 (open weight 155#, 10 MUPs (opener: 6-3-1 closer: 4-2-2-1-1))

    Trying BT for a bit to see if I can get better at gymnastics – looking forward to the challenge.
    Gymnastics – 3 rounds 1/2 legless / 1/2 reg rope climbs with HS walk attempts and shoulder taps
    Oly – 160×3; 145×2
    Wod: 14:59 15 bar mups with blue band (didn’t realize it was 10 for ladies until the end) / 135#
