      Nice Jason. I love that when you first started you couldn’t squat at all because of your knee and now you are crushing front squats.

    Thanks for the slow motion breakdown Goose… Not the way i thought i’d make the main site but hopefully somebody can learn what not to do! I’ll be practicing my power snatches every day now for a year

      Ha dude it was actually really good compared to most videos I took. These are minor suggestions but overall you have good bar path, extension and technique. Clean it up just a bit and you’ll be a clean machine.
