ice time

JR was able to get us t ice on the 16th @ 10pm.  It was only $200 so if we can get 20 peeps together it will only be $10 a pop.  It will be at the Southie rink (Murphy memorial) on Day Boulevard.  Please post to comments if you can make it and bring in some cash so we can pay for the ice.  Thanks!

*Reminder* – We will be hosting a L1 coaches certification all weekend.  The box will be closed for classes and there will be no free intro session.  If you are unable to make it in this week for your designated number of classes because of the cert, feel free to make them up next week.

    5 rounds + 4 squats (I don’t recall exactly; it was the fog of war) @ L2+ (115#, 3 chest-to-bar pullups + 3 strict dips subbed for Muscle ups)

    Glad I’m making steady progress. From being below L2 to now above L2 and sometimes Rx on the workouts in 3 months is excellent progress.

    The two great things that are helping me progress are (1) a diet of fatty meat and vegetables (plus an occasional cappuccino) and (2) the great trainers at CFS.

    Im a no go on the ice time. I have my skates and some gear here but the 16th is my last exam sooooo i think its safe to say ill be in no shape to participate in athletic activities.

    MT, you can sub 3 pull-ups and 3 ring dips for each muscle-up.
