Vagabond CrossFit is relocatng from Brockton to Easton. Kevin O’Malley, owner and a close friend of mine, was one of the first people to show up at the doorsteps at Southie. He has been very supportive, helpful and integral in the growth of the CrossFit Southie community. Most recently, he even helped us get flooring and the pull up rig for Southie Green. The Grand Opening of the new location will be held this Saturday from 10am to 1pm. A scaled version of the 11.6 workout kick off at 10:15. Scallng is determined by the participant, as all ability levels are welcome and encourage to participate. Please let us know ASAP if you will be attending and would like to particiapte in the scaled WOD. From 11:30 -1:oo competitors may complete WOD 11.6 with a judge to validate their score. CrossFit New England is also hosting on Saturday and our athletes are welcome to attend CFNE if it is more convenient. * Please let us know by the end of the day if you will be competing on Saturday and where you would like to compete and we will make sure you are put into a heat. *
