    Followed coach Patrick’s programming for weightlifting.

    My imaginary partner was really good and did everything unbroken so I didn’t have to do burpees for them and it was still ridic: 35:58 (which includes how long it would have taken my partner to complete the last round)

    power clean and jerk: 195
    WOD with Daniel: 28:50.. all UB at games.. except for breaking up the ring dips 9-6; and did snatches at 105 UB

    Oly: 235 (10# PR), 245# squat clean (10# PR, got sloppy and failed the jerk)
    WOD: w/ George, 155 STOH, 95 HPS (shoulder a little beat up midway through)
    Turns out one can do half the burpees Brendan / Marc completed with a little more rest b/wn rounds. But that also means the workout took 40 mins. #burpeeavoidance

    Some time ago, Amy was coaching me during a lifting session and she talked about how my C&J could be around 265. At the time 225-235 was my PR. Hit that 265 today, Amy. Thanks for all the coaching and positive vibes!
    WOD: was done at Openals with Brendan. 32ishh.

      Marc – I think your C&J should be 300, so there.
      Should be back to regular schedule tomorrow, finally….the garage gym has been coming in handy for two weeks or so, but definitely not the same.
