Run a loop
50 shoulder taps

Skill/Strength
5 Rounds
In 3 Minutes complete:
50 ft Handstand Walk
followed by a heavy snatch. The first few should be at weights you know you can hit. The last 2 should be max attempts. If you miss you may make a second attempt. If you miss the second attempt drop the weight for the next round.
Rest 1 Minute

-If you do not have handstand walks complete 5 wall climbs instead.

    Snatches 155×4, 165×1
    handstand walks. Got 50′ twice I think. the rest were in the 35′ range.
    WOD was 20:17.
