50 ft Handstand Walk
followed by a heavy snatch. The first few should be at weights you know you can hit. The last 2 should be max attempts. If you miss you may make a second attempt. If you miss the second attempt drop the weight for the next round.

-If you do not have handstand walks complete 5 wall climbs instead.
