5 Handstand Push-ups
10 Pull-ups
15 Box Jumps
-One Partner works at a time*

3 Minute Rest

100 Calories for Time on Erg
-Switch between partners as desired

Level 2- 75 Calories on Rower
Level 1-7/5 perfect push-ups/60 Calories on Rower

*Scale accordingly. Each round should take approximately 90 seconds
