2015 Regional Team

Keepin’ the Streak Alive: We’re Heading Back to Regionals!
After a long year of training and five hard weeks of Open workouts, we are psyched to announce that CrossFit Southie will be representing at the Northeast Regional for the sixth year in a row! This is an amazing accomplishment. This means that CrossFit Southie will have had a team representing at Regionals every year since we’ve opened our doors. We could not be more proud of everybody’s hard work all year long and during the Open. We’re psyched to show the world what we’ve got in the next stage of competition!

If you’ve never been to Regionals before, we highly recommend you clear your calendar and make the trip. It’s an awesome opportunity to see the best in our sport battle it out for a trip to the CrossFit Games. More importantly, it’s a fun weekend filled with cheering on the Southie squad, mingling with CrossFitters from around the Northeast and Canada, and checking out lots of cool vendors and companies. In the past there’s even been some cornhole action and ciders at the CrossFit Southie tent. You won’t want to miss it!

When: May 27-29
Where: Times Union Center in Albany, New York

Hang power clean is my fave movement. I like it a lot less between 100 bookend reps.
7PM is still talking about last night’s WOD, it will take a while to get over that one.

Great to see you following along and posting Sean Hope all is well.

All is well thanks, Goose, hoping the same there. I obviously like the programming and to be honest, have been following along for along time now but as I train on my own I said I’d try make myself more accountable and post up. I have flights booked for Boston at the end of August for a week, will make sure to take some training gear and call in. Take care
