    WOD: 30:31 (L2 weights, with 1 ring MUP per round – went 3 for 3 and had only ever hit 2 in a WOD prior – I’ll take it)

    Really went off menu on the scaling.

    Weights L2-ish – 76.5, 96.5, 116.5 because Dave and Coolidge added weights to my bar when I was running.
    MUps Adv-ish – 8,7,3(hit complete failure)
