    EMOM: 85 # (last two rounds)
    WOD: 12:02 L1 (65#)

    OHS and Snatch are probly the two hardest movements for me, so combining them into one lift was tough!

    I was just saying that I needed to work on OHS and snatches and then they’re in 1 workout!

    I am so happy to say that I FINALLY got unassisted pull-ups tonight after the WOD. I have to say it is a pretty good feeling : ) thanks to all of the coaches!

    Did not want to do this WOD after 30 OHSquats. Very tough.

    Strength: 75×2 95×6 105×2 OHS were terrible today.
    WOD: 13:00 something. Started at Rx but dropped down to L2

    Nice combo ov movements in today’s couplet. We rarely hit them never mind in the same workout. Great challenge and felt awesome/terrible.
