Hey gang, there a bunch of unclaimed water bottles and clothing in the lost n found and the cubbies that has been there for quite a while.  We are going to be sending these goods off to goodwill this Friday so be sure to take a peek through and see if any of it yours before we do.

    First wod with unassisted ring dips!! And I FINALLY figured out how to link toes to bar. Gaby Douglas better watch her back with all of my gymnastics skills.

    Watching all this football has put me in the mood to run sprints, those 200’s were super satisfying.
