    Weighted pullups – hit 2 pood KB after 2 missed attempts

    WOD: 8:24 i think. Burpee pullups are one of a few exercises that favor taller guys.

    I can’t do an unassisted pull-up at all, so didn’t come close to RXing this workout! I did do my first red band pullups though. That was a goal for 11/1, so I’m a bit behind, but better late than never.

    10 pound med ball
    nothing close to burpee pullups but I tried
    This blog inspires me that is for sure…

    Me, I got both a chin (barely) and a pull-up with the skinny red band.
    WOD – 13:10, 20″, 10lb, mostly box-assisted burpee pull-ups

    So pumped about the upcoming paleo challenge. Really need to get back on the wagon.

    16:10 (took me forever) 10lb med ball, 20″ box…but all the burpee pullups unassisted/unscaled!! Wooot Woot….also got my first unassisted dead hang pullups today….ON FIRE BABY!!!

    WOD: 12:30 20lbs weighted pull up… going from a green band to do more than 2 pull-ups just a couple months ago, this is exciting.
