5. Kettlebell swings (2,1.5)

Complete 4 Rounds for Max Reps at each station, then rotate.

    Added up all the reps, divided dubs by 5 – 199
    Back squats after – 3×5 @ 265#
    Alden, Lou, and Dudley destroyed themselves with several million squats and power cleans after the workout.
    A lot of drop ins this morning for regionals.
