Hey Everyone, we will be running a reduced schedule Friday through Monday due to the holiday weekend and the NORTHEAST REGIONALS!!!! Check the calendar for updates. If you are planning on coming out to the Reebok HQ in Canton to support the team, we aren’t sure exactly when we are going off but the following schedule is when the teams start…
Friday – WOD 1 @ 10am, WOD 2 @ 1:48pm
Saturday – WOD 3 @ 9am, WOD 4 @ 12:18pm
Sunday – WOD 4 @ 8am (women), 9:55am (men), WOD 6 @ 12:26pm

    Front Squat: 205 x 3
    WOD: 5 Rounds (Thrusters scaled down to 115#)

    Word must be getting out that 7PM is where PR’s happen, big class tonight, I had a blast.

    Is anyone going out to watch Regionals and wants to give me ride? I can meet you at the box in the morning and be a really spectacular car companion.

      I’m in the same boat. I can chip in for gas and bring my giant legs to fill up the space in the car/SUV from pretty much any seat that is open. Let me know via text if you can help me out as well. – Brogan 617-504-5173

    Normally on a wod like this, I convince/fool myself that the weight is manageable only to feel it get heavier and heavier in later rds. Not today…135 crushed me right from jump street. 4&12 Rx
