Wednesday July 3rd – Normal schedule except adding a 3:30pm in Southie Orange and cancelling the 7:30pm.
Thursday July 4th – 8:00am, 9:00am, 10:00am, 11:00am ONLY in Southie Green.
Friday July 5th – 6:00am, 7:00am, 9:00am, 11:00am, 12:00pm, 4:00pm, 5:00pm, 6:00pm – NO 7:00pm Class

    Sweet Jesus I was a sweat monster today, but I wouldn’t have had it any other way for what was our last (I think) 12 pm Sunday with Harris.
    Power snatch: 85 x3
    WOD: 4+5 ADV, those locked out overhead lunges were killer. I even convinced Kyle to join me for the 12. Nicely done all!

    Very cool experience today. A group of us arrived before the coaches we looked around at each other for a bit – starting warming up in the parking lot – light stretching, jogging, etc – next thing you know we had three tires out and everyone (10/12 people) participated in a mini WOD of tire flips, burpees, push ups, air squats, and “box” jumps on the tires. It was a lot of fun and says a lot about the community.

    I also flipped the “big” tire solo today for the first time.

    4+12 L2 – lunges of any form give a ton of trouble. I need to work on these.

    Flipped tires and did burpees, push ups, and air squats in the parking lot instead of snatches. 5+5 ADV for the WOD.
