Warm-Up
Teams of 4 –
100m buddy carry – switch at the 200m mark and carry back to the box. (2 people should be carried at all times)
300m prowler push (out to the 400m and then back only to the 200m) – one person must be loaded the prowler at all times. There can be two members of the team pushing the loaded prowler.
100m buddy carry back in – switch at the 100m

WOD 1
Teams of 4.

30 toes to bar
20 Hang Squat Cleans (205,135)
30 Burpees- full stand on plate
40 kettlebell swings (70,53)

WOD 2
Team of 4 – same gender where able
2 rounds of
50m prowler pushes in 4 minutes
Rest 1 minute
Max 50 m sprints in 4 minutes
Rest 1 minute
