Through a bunch of techniques like trigger point, myofascial, chronic pain management, injury rehabilitation, sports massage, and stretching, I am able to promote balance, optimal performance levels, and enhance functional awareness and quality of life.
Massage can help by releasing the tight, shortened muscles and trigger points. When the muscles relax and become more pliable, the pressure on the nerve lessens and blood circulation improves. By increasing oxygen and blood to the tissue, the pain is reduced and often eliminated. I try to tailor the treatment to each client’s specific issues and put a great emphasis on creating a healthy muscle maintenance program.
There’s no denying the power of bodywork. Massage therapy can be a powerful ally in your health care regimen and you receive +3 points for the Paleo Challenge!!

If you have never done Cindy before, you should be doing Cindy. No bands will be allowed for HSPU’s. If you only have handstand push-up s to the floor or to an abmat you may choose to do Mary.
