Please join us in congratulating Coach Mike Brown aka Brownie and Jenna Lamy on their recent engagement! Mike and Jenna (aka “the bugs”) have been mainstays at the gym since they joined in 2013. They have always been committed to the program and the community and always give it 110% – whether it be in a workout or at a bar crawl! They were even members of the month a few years back. We love having them as part of our community and are so happy for them on their engagement! Congratulations, Bugs! We love you!

    Congrats Jenna. Strength – 85-120 PR. 19:59 the bad- Ive been slowly going back to my old ways. quitting mid WOD again the good – 3rd PR of the week but more importantly finally have someone who is not afraid to put me in my place and drag my ass back to finish what I walked away from. Usually when I’m done that’s it so I guess making progress “Get out of your head” LTA
