    Unbroken was going well til the wheels came off with 15 thrusters left.
    Did not get it.

    Was feeling Kelly so Trev and I challenged each other to doing the sets unbroken scaled. Got it.

    BS 100 WOD 23mins at 55. Weight didn’t feel heavy quit during the first row then it just went down hill from there Time sucks but glad I didn’t really quit week caught up to me
    Should have stayed in bed today
