    Perfect timing on the at home WOD. In Hilton Head to run a half marathon. Good post run WOD. 16:47 Rx.

    165×5 working with Chris on the platform.
    9:13RX. Thanks Bish for the mid-workout deadlift pointer. Definitely felt the difference (wider grip, push knees out and back a little)
