**There is a ton of winter clothing in our lost in found bins near the jump ropes in Southie Green. Please check for anything you may have left behind. Whatever is left over will go to Good Will by Monday 6/17**

Just a reminder: Moving forward we will no longer allow Olympic lifting shoes for rope climbs as it deteriorates the integrity of the rope and makes them unsafe. Also, since you are all getting so good at rope climbs we will be enforcing a 2 hand above the tape line rule for those going to the 10′ target.

    Yo yo – for anyone interested I will be opening up early tomorrow morning for an early Fathers’ Day workout. I’ll be opening around 7:45 and hitting one of my favorite WODs “Kalsu”. Anyone interested is more than welcome to partake in the suck.

      Kalsu

      On the minute:

      Complete 5 burpees and perform max rep 135 lb thrusters
      The goal is to complete 100 total thrusters.

      *At the beginning of every minute perform 5 burpees, for the rest of the minute perform as many thrusters as you can during that minute. At the beginning of the next minute perform 5 burpees and then max rep thrusters and so on until you reach 100 total thrusters.

      Post the total number of minutes it took to reach 100 thrusters.

      lol good luck getting anyone Alec. thats 2 of the most hated movements in Crossfit non-stop at 7:45 am on a Sunday

    WOD: 6 Rounds + 10 Rx

    7PM crew is slashing the life-expectancy of the PR bell. Nick D’A getting his long awaited first banded muscle-up this morning…then a bunch more.

    Butterfly pullups finally clicked with me. Did them with my thumb around the bar instead of over the top gorilla-grip stylee, why did it take me so long to try that?

    Tarzan’s dancing has transitioned from Regionals to Games level scaling. Oh baby.
