Also, don’t forget.. Thursday is HALLOWEEN and we want to see you working out in your best costumes! Show up to the box in your best get up to participate in our costume contest. Coaches will nominate the top 5 costumes, and then we’ll let you guys vote on the winner. Don’t miss out on your chance to have some fun AND win some sweet Southie swag (and bragging rights, of course)! The only way to truly Rx the workout will be in costume!


Finally, if you haven’t seen him around the box yet we wanted to introduce you to our newest team member, Sean Peters.  Sean is performing massage on Mondays from 8-3, Wednesdays from 12-7 and some Saturdays. The first time rate for massage with Sean will be $60. Schedule with him now using the schedule now button in the top right of the page and selecting his name under Natalie’s Schedulicity page.
