**Our Monday Columbus Day schedule will be as follows. Gym opens at 5:30am but will be hosting coached class at 6am, and 7am only.There will not be a 5:30, 6:30,7:30am in Southie Orange. For the rest of the day the schedule will remain the same.**

-Between sets complete 15 GHD sit-ups or 20 abmat sit-ups

WOD
5 Rounds
15 Wallballs (20,14)
10 Burpees

At Home WOD
Run for 20 minutes
on the EVEN minutes = 10 air squats
on the ODD minutes = 10 push ups

    No aggression on the platform today. It might be time for a rest day. On a positive note I was able to touch the floor on the GHD. That’s progress for the day.
