This was the first time I ever did power cleans, so I went conservative and did the L2 workout (#115) and was able to do 15 rounds (I did #135 several times, was not bad, so I have yet to max out). Hopefully I can build up to the advanced level, one day…
October ’11: 105 max power clean, Chief: 19 rounds at 85 pounds
June ’12: 132 max power clean, Chief: 25 rounds at 95 pounds

235, not close to a PR. Got 240 up easy but couldn’t get the elbows around.
18 rounds with the Big Boy weight- couldn’t keep up to the Goosemeister.
