    Sweet WOD! That is a classic video with an old schooler Jolie Gentry. Careful when you receive the bar on the back of your neck. Reduce the impact force by bending your knees when you receive the bar, and avoid landing the bar on your spine. Watch how Jolie receives the bar near the end of the video.
