We are open today for classes at 8am & 9am.  Come in and build up an appetite before you stuff yourself like a little turkey

4th Annual Partner WOD
1000m Row (Switching every 250m)
1200m Running (switching every 200m)
100 Burpees
100 Kettlebell Swings (1.5,1)
100 Box Jumps
100 Double Unders
1200m Running (Switching every 200m)
1000m Rowing (Switching every 250m)

Level 2 – 75 Reps
Level 1 -50  Reps

Depending on tomorrow’s conditions, many will want to opt for the following option:

1500m Row (Switching every 250m)
200 Double Unders (Switching every 50)
100 Burpees
100 Kettlebell Swings (1.5,1)
100 Box Jumps
100 Sit-ups
200 Double Unders (Switching every 50)
1500m Rowing (Switching every 250m)

Level 2 – 75 Reps, 100 Double Unders (switching every 25)
Level 1 -50  Reps, 200 Singles
