No Snowy Shoes! Please, please, please either bring a change of shoes or thoroughly clean your sneakers before entering the workout area. Now that we have Crossfit Yoga members will be doing a lot of work on the floor. Please don’t make them sit in your slush.
Please make sure you register for the 9,10 and 11am classes and for the 9 and 10am classes on Sunday. You do not have to register for yoga.
