Pull a Plane For Time – CFS

The 530 crew pulled a JetBlue 150 passenger plane 24ft this weekend to benefit the American Cancer Society. The came in 3rd place with a blazing time of 9.12 seconds and raised $7k for ACS. – Coaches tip –
empty bar or pvc is okay for the OHS if you lack mobility or are new to the movement. Also, use more help and make these C2B’s. Feel free to scaled down the reps or use more bands if necessary to do so.
