CrossFit Southie Kickball Team
It’s time to put all of that fitness you’ve been working on to the test! The Social Committee is trying to gauge interest for putting together a CrossFit Southie kickball team to play in the Social Boston Sports League. Games start in July and are played weekly through September at Carter Playground. Teams will be made up of between 13 – 19 players. There must be 4 males and 4 females on each team. The cost to register is $65 per person.

There are two possible leagues to join. In one league, games will be played on Wednesday nights from 8-10pm, and in the other, they will be played on Sundays from 12-3pm. If you are seriously interested in playing, please click HERE to sign up and mark your preferred time to play. If we can get enough people interested, we can get some teams signed up!

Liam’s Lucky Charms’ 6th Annual Cornhole Tournament – THIS Saturday!
Our member and friend Colm Kennedy would like to invite all of you to participate in the 6th Annual Cornhole Tournament to benefit Liam’s Lucky Charms. Liamโ€™s Lucky Charms was formed in 2008 to support Liam Kennedy and the National MS Society. When Liam Kennedy was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis at the age of 33, his friends and family were stunned but determined to do all they could to show their support and encouragement. Liam has dedicated so much of his life to helping others that they knew they had to do something in return to help him and the millions of others suffering from MS. That is when โ€œLiamโ€™s Lucky Charmsโ€ was formedโ€ฆ

The 6th Annual Liam’s Lucky Charms’ Cornhole Tournament is scheduled for Saturday, May 30 at the Boston Athletic Club! Come play in one of New England’s largest cornhole tournaments. Entry fee gets you into the tournament and all you can eat and drink for the day! Spectators are welcome as well.     LOL I’m an idiot. I looked up my previous DT times earlier today, but inexplicably forgot before class. I had that moment where I thought damn, slower than last time, as the clock ticked past what I thought was my previous time. Turns out I was way off, PR it is.
