Okay everybody, we’re getting very close, but we still need more judges! The Southie Showdown is just a few weeks away, on November 9 & 10. *One bear complex consists of a power clean, front squat to overhead anyhow, back squat to overhead anyhow. One partner works through an entire round while the other partner rests.

Level 2- (95,65), 15 Double Unders
Level 1- (75,45), 45 singles

    Back squat – 115#.
    WOD: 24:18 L2 with Kristen. Tough workout but a good one.

      Apparently you needed the rest time because you didn’t notice the sand bags tied to my feet on rounds 3 – 6. This was a killer workout.

    First time running with the 6:30 a.m. class and I really enjoyed it.
