tall snatch: two sets at 95, was having a lot of trouble getting under the bar quickly without dipping
snatch balance: 95, 115, 125, 45
tabata: 37 (row: 6, burpees: 6, double unders: 25) – went out too soft on the row and burpees, did 7 cals/reps for every round but the first. just trying to keep up with Dudley who was on his 8th WOD of the morning
