Introducting Baby Holmes
Please join us in congratulating Tim and Ashley Holmes on the birth of their son, Ryan Matthew Holmes. Ryan was born on November 20th at 8:25pm, weighing in at 9 pounds 3 ounces, and 22 inches long! The entire family is happy and healthy. Ashley was a trooper, working out until the very end of her pregnancy, with Tim by her side.

We could not be more excited to welcome another baby to our CFS family. We can’t wait to meet the little guy and look forward to having the Holmes crew back in the gym. Congratulations, Tim & Ashley!
