Come Support the Competitors!

Classes will be run as scheduled today, except for yoga. There will be no yoga at all this weekend due to the events.

Please take note that Murph starts at 8am on Sunday. There are NO other classes on Sunday.

We would love to have as much Southie love as possible today for the competitors. Come show your support from 1 to 3. We will be using the new box for the men’s heats.

Competitors! Please arrive here by 12:45 tomorrow. We need everyone who hasn’t filled out a waiver here to do so. We will be going over movement standards at 1:00pm sharp. EVERYONE who is competiting needs to be here for this. It is very important.

The women’s heats will be in our orignal box, which is the one with the big sign on it. This is where we will be going over movement standards and filling out waivers. Our second box is where the men’s heats will be held. The Male competitors are welcome to warm-up in the second space while the women are competiting, just please put the stations back the way that you found them. Once we transition to the men’s heats the original southie box will be used as the warm-up area. This will all make a lot more sense when you get here. The spaces are about 50 yards apart. It just saves a lot of time when we don’t have to switch all the weights when transitioning from the women to the men.

Parking should not be much of an issue. You can park in any of the spots in outrlot, the lot next to us, or on the street. We are in an industrial area that is pretty empty on the weekends.
