*There will be no Yoga today as Steph is out but going forward will be moved to 11am * This is a free class 2x and 3xers, as well as mobility and Open Gym. Take advantage!*

One of our wonderful memebers Grace Mandel inquired about getting a “long run” group together for Sundays. I am sure some of you are training for triathlons or other endurance races and this could be a good motivator for you to hit the road and get in those long steady runs. If this is something you are interested in please post to comments. We were thinking that 8am would be a good meet time.
