Columbus Day Update  – We will be running a reduced schedule tomorrow with ALL Levels classes at 6am, 9am,10am,12pm,4pm,5pm,6pm.  These classes are for everyone.  No pre-registration required.

Tomorrow the Tufts 10k for Women race is going taking place on the Boston Common starting at 12pm. There is a small group of us running it. You have 30 seconds to complete AMRepsAP, then you have 30 seconds of rest. Once you complete 4 rounds of one movement you will move on to the next. Your score is your total number of reps.
