It’s official. Day one of the Paleo Challenge. Remember to write everything down and to be careful of the of not only food but also condiments and oils. The following are considered cheats (at least store brand):

  • BBQ Sauce
  • Ketchup
  • Syrup
  • Artificial sweeteners
  • Mustard
  • Corn oil, Canola oil, Vegetable Oil
  • Certain salad dressings

Tabata DUs

WOD
6 Rounds
3 Presses
4 Push-presses
5 Push-jerks

***Choose a weight that is approximately 85% of your 3 rep max press. The goal is to complete the entire round without putting the bar down. Every time you rest the bar in the middle of a round you must complete 5 burpees at the end of the workout. Your score is the weight you used and your total time including the burpees.***

    Can we get full rundown of the scoring for the challenge?
    – How many points do we start each day/week with?
    – How many points for CF sessions/WoDs
    – How many points for mobility sessions (20 minutes minimum?)
    – How many points for external workouts (5k, power-lifting, etc)

    This should be a fun (and interesting) 12-weeks.
