*Schedule Update – We will be  hosting a CrossFit Level 1 coaches course next weekend and will not be running classes at the box.  If the unseasonable weather continues, we may try to get a track wod in.  In either case, try to get your classes in early this week.  If you are unable to make it in for your designated classes you may make them up the following week. *

10 Kettlebell Snatches each arm (1.5, 1)
50 Double Unders

L2- (1, .5); 25 double unders
L1- (1, .5); 100 singles

    Looking pretty slick Chuck!!!! I just did a travel WOD and the people walking by me thought I was insane…hahaha
    Looking forward to a Southie WOD!!!!

    16 Double Unders on the Tabata (high of 30)
    I turned it into TABATA Turkish Getups: 1 minute on, 1 off for 8 rounds. Result: 3 Turkish Getups per minute minimum

    WOD: 4 rounds plus 5 reps per arm.
