    29:23 Rx (all push-jerks unbroken until last set; broke up dubs a bit but finished with an unbroken set; definitely a tortoise on the rowing sets)

    26:53 (95)
    – Completed Push Jerk as 2 sets of 5 each time–shoulder fatigue was the limiting factor
    – Broke up some of the DU sets as well, also due to fatigue
    – Rowing pace started below 2:00, but dropped to 2:45 per 500m

    WOD: 24:44 95 1/2 dubs

    I should have gone heavier and increased the dubs as well.
