Back Squat

12 min AMRAP
12 Sumo Deadlift High-pulls (75,55)
12 Push-press (75,55)
12 Squat Jumps**

Level 2 (65,45)
Level 1 (45,35)
Advanced- Weighted jumps (Bar on back)

Squat jump standard is to squat to proper depth (butt below the knees) and then jump two inches off the floor. No cheating!

    Nice Jaime- thanks for the tip! I’ve been meaning to get out to John Crow Farm- this will be a lot easier. And I’ll finally be able to buy some goat and try out this goat curry (I subbed lamb before and it was delicious):

    Hey Alec and other paleo peeps:
    the south end open market is open on sundays now through september and John Crow Farm is there with grass fed beef, lamb, pork, chicken, eggs and other paleo deliciousness, other vendors have fresh herbs/oils/sauces and some very non paleo delicious goodies. South end is like a two minute drive from Crossfit, so much easier to drive there after a sunday workout than to Groton, MA where this farm is located.
    We got some brisket and grass fed ground beef and will be cooking it up today in our new crockpot! 🙂
