Come get supple today and every Sunday, with Yoga in Southie Orange at 10am. This class does not count toward your weekly total and is free with membership.

The Nutrition Challenge officially begins TODAY!
If you want to participate but have not signed up yet, please be sure to swing by the desk to weigh in and get signed up at some point this week ASAP. Benchmark testing will be done tomorrow during all classes. Remember, every day without a food log automatically receives ZERO points! Food logs are very important for accountability, but also to make adjustments if something isn’t working for you. Your coaches will be reading your logs and making suggestions where necessary. Get those logs in! If you are participating in the challenge but do not have access to the food tracker, please email [email protected].
